Position Overview: NoBroker is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive and Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales
opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Client Acquisition: Generate leads, meet potential
clients, and convert them into long-term customers. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they
receive exceptional service. - Customer
Support: Address client queries and issues promptly, providing
effective solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry
trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business
opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. - Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports,
forecasts, and performance analyses to management. - Collaboration: Work closely with other
departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer
support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar
sales role. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer
relationship management (CRM) practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
with clients and team members. - Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a
strong drive to achieve targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a
related field.

- NoBroker Bangalore (WFO)
Salary:
- Work From Home :- 14,000/-Per Month + Incentives
- Work From Office (Bangalore) :- 19,000-25,000
CTC + Incentives + Meal
Eligibility:
- 10th/12th/Graduates
- Freshers and experienced both eligible
- Laptop required (For Work From Home Only)
- Wifi required (For Work From Home Only)
- Good English
speaking skills - Basic computer knowledge
